Students may enroll at age 14½ to start the classroom phase of the driver education course, at age 15½ students can take the eye and written test at the DOT office to receive their temps and start their behind-the-wheel (BTW) training. Total cost for course (classroom and BTW) is listed aboved next ot each class. |

To enroll, please complete the online form and mail the printout with the first nonrefundable payment to:
Decker's Driving Academy, 2801 North 7th St. Suite 400A, Wausau, WI 54403, or you may drop the application off. Any questions please phone 675-5359. |

| 3) |
The second payment is due before the start of the 1st class, followed by the final payment due at the start of the behind-the-wheel portion of the class, which consists of 6 hours driving / 6 hours observation. Classroom consists of 15 - 2 hour sessions. |

When a student receives their temporary license, the behind-the-wheel will be scheduled. Students must have their temporary license for 6 months before continuing on to their road test for their probationary license. We divide the BTW into two parts. Part 1 consists of 4 lessons (hours) after receiving license. Part 2, reserving 2 lessons (hours) closer to the road test appointment. |

For those who would like to have behind the wheel in a larger vehicle, we do offer lessons in a full size truck. We would charge an additional $50 onto the tuition for use of this vehicle for all behind the wheel lessons. |
| NOTE: |
A charge of $50.00 will be made to students who miss any scheduled behind-the-wheel sessions that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and/or who forget to bring their temporary license to any behind-the-wheel session. |
The school will not refund any tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement.
This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the school and the student/parent, no verbal statement or promise will be recongnized. |
| Note: |
You may call to pre-register for the class you would like to be enrolled in, and we will send you a reminder notice one month before class will start. The first payment would then be due when sending back the application form. |
| If you would like your student driver to have additional driving lessons we can do this for $40 a session. |
| If you need to use our vehicle for the state road test, the fee is $70 to cover the car and instructor. |
